How does the free pickup & drop work?
Based on your distance from the salon and your total booking value:
• Up to 5 km — minimum AED 150+ combined booking
• 6–10 km — minimum AED 250+
• 11–15 km — minimum AED 350+
• 16–20 km — minimum AED 400+
• More than 20 km — reach out to us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can do!
• Up to 3 persons can combine their total booking value to avail free pickup & drop if they are in the same location or route.
We'll confirm your exact eligibility when you enter your address at checkout.
Can I just walk in without booking?
Walk-ins are always welcome, subject to chair availability — but booking online guarantees your slot and skips the wait.
How do I know my booking is actually confirmed?
After you book, we'll call or WhatsApp you to confirm before your appointment. Your slot is held for 15 minutes after booking — after that, it may be released, so keep an eye out for our confirmation.
